Steve Jobs 'Stands' in Budapest

Steve Jobs 'Stands' in Budapest
Many ways to give some respect to someone special like Steve Jobs. Some put wreaths in front of Apple Store, reading biography books, buy the iPhone 4S which is considered as an abbreviation of the iPhone for Steve, and more.

In Hungary, a sculptor Erno Toth made a bronze statue of the founder of Apple Inc. The Toth’s statue is ordered by a Hungarian software company, Graphisoft, built by Gabor Bojar.

Bojar first met Steve Jobs at an information technology exhibition in Germany in 1984. At that time, Jobs introduced the first version of ArchiCAD, a three-dimensional design software on the computer called the Apple Lisa.

"Steve Jobs was very much convinced about the technology and he offered financial and also marketing support for the company," said Akos Pfemeter, Graphisoft's director of global marketing. "We received some financial support and Steve Jobs helped us distribute our products in the Apple distribution network."

The plan, he said, the bronze statue of Jobs, who died on October 5, will be unveiled at Graphisoft Park, Budapest, on December 21.

The statue was made like to Jobs that are often seen publicly. Wear a turtleneck T-shirt, jeans and sneakers, plus round glasses. The statue has 2 meters in height with total weighs 220 pounds.
